Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, granting you 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

For a return to be valid, your item must remain in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can reach out to us at support@thezealsea.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that we will not accept items sent back to us without prior return request.

Damages and Concerns: Kindly inspect your order upon arrival and immediately get in touch if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item. This way, we can assess the matter promptly and make it right.

Exchanges: To ensure you receive your desired item promptly, the quickest way is to return the current item. Once your return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we've received and evaluated your return. We'll inform you whether the refund has been approved. If it's approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Keep in mind that the refund processing and posting by your bank or credit card company might take some time.
