Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, please review our return and refund policy below.


· To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 90 days of delivery.

 

· Return Shipping Responsibility
If the return is due to a product quality issue (e.g. allergic reaction, damage, or defect), we will cover both outbound and return shipping costs.

For all other reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for both the original shipping cost ,even if the order was marked as "free shipping",and the return shipping.

 

· Return Process & Timeline
Submit a Return Request via our Email:support@thezealsea.com with the order number, the receipt or proof of purchase, product photos/skin condition photos, and reason for return.

Our customer support team will review and respond to your request within 2 business days.

If approved, the customer must ship the item back within 7 business days.Failure to ship within this timeframe will be considered as a cancellation of the return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund (minus applicable shipping fees) will be issued to the original payment method.Refunds usually take = 5-7 business days, but depending on the Bank.

 

· We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Opened or used skincare products

Items returned without prior approval

Free gifts or promotional items

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund orders for any product, or if any return is deemed excessive.
